With over 20 years' experience, Tim Jesaitis brings to his clients a command of the practice of workers' compensation – whether for administrative issues or legal proceedings – as well as expertise in the related issues of risk management, consultation, and audits. In 1997, after working six years for a large Fort Myers defense firm (Henderson Franklin), Tim Jesaitis moved back to St. Petersburg and opened The Law Office of Tim Jesaitis, P.A. For over 15 years now, "The Law Office of Tim" has represented employers, carriers, serving agents, and self-insured in the greater Tampa Bay area. Tim Jesaitis remains a sole practitioner, which allows his clients the comfort of knowing that when they bring their legal needs to him, the file will not be relegated to an associate or other attorney.
